Angling History and Achievements:
Represented England 17 times at world level.
4 times member of World championship winning team, twice silver, three times bronze.
Silver individual in 2004.
Current CIPS World ranked number 1, second year in succession.
Past winner of Sea Angler Penn League and Penn final.
Favourite Venues:
Chesil Beach, Princes Parade. Any other beach that holds fish !!
Plans for 2008 / Venues you would like to fish: No plans to fish anywhere in particular. Will be fishing this year's World Champs this September in France.
Favourite Ultima products: F1, excellent line, very strong and abrasion resistant. Powerflex, used for leader and rig bodies. Memor-x, used for snoods and some lighter rig bodies. Not the best snood line.
Favourite rigs: Rigs vary from month to month depending on species sought so a favourite rig is whatever is needed at the time.
Favourite bait: As above. No favourites as I use whatever is needed.
People you would most like to meet: ...erm... not really fussed..
Favourite TV programmes: Too many to mention... but not Big Brother or various other programmes that contain muppet-like creatures. Personally I love films... like Gladiator... Saving Private Ryan... Master and Commander... Pulp Fiction... Dog Soldiers... well... I love em anyway !! Footy and sports stuff.
Favourite music: Not applicable, whatever's on the radio when I'm not listening to Talksport.
Other sports: Football, best team Pompey. Cricket, rugby.
Likes: Watching any of the above, oh, and shhh I like dancing !!
Dislikes: Cocky people who think they know everything.
