Angling History and Achievements: I have fished since as far as I can remember. I started Match fishing 10 years ago and was selected to be a Welsh International in 2006. I am a member of Shua Sac and also Team Ultima Anyfish Anywhere and we recently came 2nd in the National Sea League Final at Yarmouth. I also do a bit of casting and my best cast to date is 240 yards.
Most memorable angling moment: Winning NWASAC two day open at Otterspool.
Being selected for Team Wales.
Catching 2 cod on one rig at Bromborough in SAMF Masters, one was estimated at 10lb and the other at 4lb.
Catching a 35lb Conger Eel from the shore at Mostyn in North Wales.
Favourite Venues: River Mersey, Llandudno North Shore, Pwhell, Talacre and any dogfish venue.
Plans for 2008 / Venues you would like to fish: Chesil Beach, Lincolnshire Coast. To keep fishing at the best of my ability and to hit the 250yrd mark on the casting field.
Favourite Ultima products: Power Plus, - super strong, great colour, all round superb line.
F1, - best main line ever, reliable, strong, totally awesome line, the only main line to use. This is the Match Anglers choice.
Favourite rigs: 3 Hook clipped down.
3 Hook short boom rig.
Favourite bait: Peeler Crab, Sandeel and White Ragworm.
People you would most like to meet: Mike Tyson and would have liked to have meet the Krays.
Favourite TV programmes: Documenteries about gangsters, underworld etc.
Favourite music: Anything I can chill out to.
Other sports: Flyfishing, football, gym.
Likes: Relaxing with my girlfriend Caz, son Ricci, daughter Macy-Lea and my Staffordshire Bull Terrier Roxy. I like my home comforts.
Dislikes: Anglers who litter beaches and don't look after the fish they catch. Anglers who don't have the decency to help other anglers, especially juniors.
