Angling History and Achievements: I have done a lot of carp fishing/coarse fishing, boat fishing and tournament casting (in my younger years). At 18 fished for my club in T.V.S Boat Championships. 210 yard badge at 17. Qualified for Penn Final, the last 3 years I have won 8 100 peg opens and a few smaller opens and placings.
Most memorable angling moment: Winning Folkestone open for the first time catching double what 2nd place had. Winning Herne Bay open with 2 rays. Beating Alan Price (Isle of Man) off next peg. Beating Alan Yates to win over 5 days of fishing. Bass 11 1/4 lb (Sandgate). 18lb 15oz and 19lb 4oz Smoothhounds. Catching 15 double figure cod in last 6 years off the beach. Three 20lb Tope from Ireland and North Devon. Numerous Mullet to 6lb 3oz.
Favourite Venues: Deal, Walmer, Sandwich, Sandgate, Hastings, any piers, Eastbourne, beaches of East Riding, Isle of Man, Devon, Clacton, Selsey. Basically any beach where casting can be advantageous.
Plans for 2008 / Venues you would like to fish: Would like to fish Chesil Beach. Would like to better my two 4th placings in this years Penn final. Beat my personal best mullet and keep enjoying my fishing.

Sliding float, split rig, summer fishing, booms for flat fish and side of piers.
Favourite bait: Yellow Tails, Wrapped black, Whiterag, Crab, Ragworm, maddies, shell fish. They are all my favourites if they catch me fish.
People you would most like to meet: Ian Botham (hero). Lance Armstrong (7 times Tour de France winner). Have met all the people I admire in fishing and casting.
Favourite TV programmes: All fishing programmes and sport. Mastrechef. Comedy. Documentries. Wildlife. MTV.
