Angling History and Achievements: The first time I visited France for a fishing trip in 1993, I was 15 years old. My parents dropped me and two friends at a big lake and we had absolutely no experience at all. We made our own boilies at the lake side and we slept on 3 bedchairs under one umbrella. By the time my parents picked us up we had caught 40 carp and some big one amongst them. I have been addicted ever since, and have been going to France at least twice a year and had some great results on big waters.
Most memorable angling moment: That was on the famous Cassien in July 2007 when I caught 38 carp and I was only fishing during the day time, as night fishing was not permitted.

Plans for 2008 / Venues you would like to fish: Most of the time I want to go fishing in the neighbourhood where I life because I can pre-bait, that’s a very effective way to have more succes than other anglers. In July I'm going to Cassien with Ronald and in September I'm fishing the World Carp Classis at Lac de Madine for the Ultima Benelux Team. I'm also starting to fish the Dutch river Maas, so a lot of work to do.
Favourite Ultima products: The Power Plus because it's a super soft, strong and sinks well.
Favourite rigs: Snowman semi stiff rig.
Favourite bait: Boiliefrost boilies.
People you would most like to meet: Elvis.
Favourite TV programmes: Rex Hunt big game fishing.
Favourite music:Pete Murray and Justin Nozuka.
Other sports: Wave surfing.
Likes: Filming big carp, that I caught.
Dislikes: Working week of almost 70 hours.
