Ultima S & M is made from the latest pure PE Micro Fibres and is consequently very low in diameter and has effectively no stretch.
Made with a round profile to minimise drag and then Teflon coated for smoothness Ultima S & M casts further and more easily than normal braids.
The high floating nature and low diameter of S & M avoids snags and maintains the most direct line with your spod or marker float.
For spodding the high visibility Fluorescent yellow is very effective at deterring gulls. For marker work the low vis green is usually preferred to ensure maximum concealment. You can, of course use both colours for spodding amd marker work.
Best used in conjunction with a Vulcanite Shockleader or Guerrilla fluorocarbon shockleader.
